This pub has easily become our family’s favourite eating out spot in Dundas. Last night was the 3rd night in a row for some of the family members. The staff is great!! Friendly, polite, and accomodating. My older brother & his wife went in late afternoon and were allowed to decorate the tables we had reserved for my sister’s birthday celebration.
The birthday girl and her husband split a fish and salad (instead of chips; watching their weight like me) and they attest to it being delicious. My sister-in-law enjoyed her steak and kidney pie. In addition to usual pup fare, they have a selection of summer items. My younger brother (vegetarian) had the summer salad which they obligingly left the chicken out of. I had a wonderful smoked salmon wrap with side salad and brought half of it home for later today.
As well as letting us decorate early, the staff happily took a photo of us all together to commemorate the event! So, for great food in Dundas, try the Winchester Arms. It’s on the main road!
